Ted Osorio has been a Corporate Chef with General Mills since 2005. Chef Ted is a Certified Executive Pastry Chef (CEPC), and has a culinary degree from the Culinary Institute of America. Ted has extensive experience in a variety of foodservice venues. He has over 30 years of experience from large and small hotels, fine dining restaurants, and non-commercial business.
Ted has received recognition for his culinary skills and activities by the James Beard Foundation. He is a founding member of the Black Culinary Alliance.
