Versatile products, dough demos and Doughminators’ expertise await pizza makers
looking to raise the stakes at 2025 event in Las Vegas.

MINNEAPOLIS (Feb. 25, 2025)— General Mills Foodservice returns to this year’s International Pizza Expo in Las Vegas, bringing an expanded portfolio of pizza crust solutions designed to help pizza makers "hit the jackpot" with every pie. Taking place March 25-27, 2025, at the Las Vegas Convention Center, Pizza Expo is the largest event of its kind and draws thousands of pizza makers from independent and chain pizza restaurants from around the world.

At General Mills Foodservice’s booth (#2044), attendees will have the opportunity to see and sample the latest in crust and dough to ensure their pizzas are a sure bet. From premium flour options to dependable dough products and crust solutions, including BONICI®, TNT Crust™, and the new Gold Medal™ All Trumps™ Dough Balls, General Mills Foodservice has the winning hand for pizzerias aiming to deliver consistent, high-quality crust every time. Additionally, the Doughminators™, a team with a deep knowledge of flour and technical baking, will be on-site to guide pizza makers through their popular dough demonstrations and Pizza Crust Boot Camp sessions.

Pizza Crust Boot Camp

For more than 25 years, the Pizza Crust Boot Camp has been a highlight of Pizza Expo. This free, expert-led seminar lead by the Doughminators provides valuable technical and practical insights into dough-making, ingredient functionality, troubleshooting, and crafting signature crusts.

The sessions, taking place in room W314-316, include:

  • Part 1 (Technical): Learn about the fundamental principles of dough formation, ingredient interactions, and specialty ingredient applications.
    When: Tuesday, March 25, and Wednesday, March 26, 9:30-10:30 a.m.
  • Part 2 (Practical): Explore the dough-making process, methods for dough processing, and even techniques for creating “emergency” dough.
    When: Tuesday, March 25, and Wednesday, March 26, 3:30-4:30 p.m.

New Recipe Collection & Industry Resources

General Mills Foodservice will debut two pizza recipe collections featuring dozens of recipes designed to elevate menus and help operations serve high-quality pizza and pizza-inspired dishes with ease. Attendees can pick up the recipe booklets at the booth or book a consultation with the sales team.
