This quick and elegant dessert uses Bonici® Parbaked Flatbread, fresh blackberries, and Nature Valley™ Granola for a delicious and efficient menu addition.

Macerated Berries
  1. Place blackberries, sugar and lemon juice in a mixing bowl. Mix until sugar is dissolved and set aside.
Assembly
  1. Place frozen crust on a greased pan; spread vanilla pudding evenly over top. Add Macerated Berries then drizzle with 1 tsp of the berry sauce; bake as directed.
