Prep
  1. Invert thawed blondie sheet and remove parchment paper.
Assembly
  1. Add thawed blondies to a mixer bowl fitted with paddle attachment; blend on low speed for 2 minutes.
  2. Use a #40 scoop and deposit mixture onto a parchment-lined full sheet pan; form into uniform balls by rolling between your hands.
  3. Insert a lollipop stick halfway into each portion and freeze until firm, approx. 1-2 hours or overnight.
Finishing
  1. Heat chocolate icing in microwave at 10 second intervals until melted. Do not overheat. Dip each dessert pop into icing; rolling to coat well and allow excess icing to drip off. Insert into styrofoam board, standing upright, to allow icing to set. Heat vanilla icing in microwave at 10 second intervals until melted. Do not overheat. Drizzle on top to finish; allow to set and serve.

  • Spray scoop with pan release or dip in water to assist with depositing brownie pops.
