Chicken Pot-Chos

Comfort food classics combine when Pillsbury™ Frozen Pie Dough nachos are topped with pot pie filling and cheese. Simply delicious!

Prep
  1. Thaw pie dough, covered, at room temp. 15-30 minutes until flexible or refrigerate overnight.
  2. Cut each dough circle into 8 wedges; place on parchment-lined sheet pan.
  3. Bake as directed below; cool to room temperature before assembling.

*Rotate pans baked in convection oven one-half turn (180°) after 3 minutes of baking.
Assembly
  1. Heat pot pie filling in small sauce pan until warm.
  2. Layer 8 chips on oven safe plate, top with 1/4 cup pot pie filling, 1/4 cup cheese; repeat a second time to use remaining ingredients.
  3. Bake as directed below until cheese is melted.
