Chipotle Herb Dressing

Chipotle pepper gives a smokey, spicy edge to a bold Yoplait® Bulk Nonfat Plain Yogurt dip.

Servings: 20 servings (1 serving = 1/4 cup)

Parmesan cheese, grated

Green onions, fresh, minced
1.75 oz
1/2 cup
Garlic powder
1 tsp
Kosher salt
1/2 tsp
Onion powder
1/2 tsp
Dill weed, dried
1/2 tsp
Black pepper, ground
1/2 tsp
Mild chipotle pepper, ground
1/2 tsp
  1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl; stir until mixed thoroughly.
  2. Portion 1/4 cup into 2 oz soufflé cups; top with lid.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

  • Tip: Adjust the level of spice as desired to use as dressing on a Chipotle Chef Salad. Make a spicy Lightning Bolt Turkey Salad using turkey, pepper jack cheese, red bell pepper strips, Chipotle Herb dressing (made with a spicy pepper) and garnish with jalapeño peppers.
