Chocolate Chip Cookie Pops

Two unbaked cookies are pressed together with a stick between them for a super-fun cookie-on-a-stick!

Servings: 12 servings (1 serving = 1 Cookie Pop)

Candy-coated chocolate pieces

  1. Thaw cookie pucks 5-10 minutes.
  2. Place 12 cookies, flat side up, on parchment-lined full sheet pan in 3x4 pattern.
  3. Place sticks onto cookies then top with a second cookie; press down gently to flatten slightly.
  4. Press candies on top of each cookie.
  5. Bake as directed below and allow to cool completely before removing from pan.
  1. Convection Oven* | 325°F | 11-15 minutes
  2. Standard Oven | 375°F | 15-19 minutes
  3. *Rotate pans baked in convection oven one-half turn (180°) after 5 minutes of baking.

  • Tip: Cookie pops can be dipped into melted icing after cooling to add richness; take it further by placing cookie pops in cello bags tied with ribbon and display in flower pots for a fun grab and go item.
