Chocolate Chocolate Chip Biscotti

Double up on chocolate in a crisp cookie that starts with a cake mix.

  1. Place all ingredients in mixer bowl. Mix using dough hook on low speed until well blended, approx. 2-3 minutes.
  2. Divide dough into quarters, approx. 2 lb each.
  3. Form each quarter into loaf 20 x 3 x 3/4-inches.
  4. Place 2 loaves onto lightly greased or parchment-lined full sheet pan.
  5. Bake as directed below and allow to cool completely.

  1. Cut strips crosswise into 25 slices, approx. 3/4-inch thick.
  2. Place slices (10x5) standing upright, onto lightly greased or parchment-lined full sheet pan.
  3. Bake as directed below and allow to cool before serving.
