Chocolate Yogurt Mousse

A combo of heavy cream and yogurt produces a smooth, creamy luscious mousse, and it's even better with melted chocolate stirred into it.

Heavy cream

Semi-sweet chocolate chips

  1. Beat cream in mixer bowl with the whisk attachment on high speed 2-4 minutes or until stiff peaks form.
  2. Stop mixer, scrape whisk and bowl; add yogurt and continue beating about 4 minutes or until mixture is light and airy.
  3. Add chocolate chips to glass bowl; microwave on high about 20 seconds and stir.
  4. Continue to heat in intervals of 10 seconds, then stir, until melted.
  5. Add 1 cup of yogurt mixture into melted chocolate to temper; fold with rubber scraper until combined.
  6. Continue adding 1 cup yogurt mixture at a time until well blended.
  7. Transfer to air-tight container and refrigerate until needed.
