Cookie Butter Cheesecake Blondies

Start with Pillsbury™ Baked Blondies, add cookie butter and cheesecake topping with a drizzle of cookie butter on top makes this delicious cheesecake bar fast and easy!

Prep
  1. Invert thawed blondie sheet and remove parchment paper; place bottom side up on parchment-lined half sheet pan.
Cheesecake
  1. Combine cream cheese and sugar in a mixer bowl fitted with a paddle attachment.
  2. Mix on medium speed for 2 minutes; stop mixer, scrape bowl and paddle.
  3. Turn mixer to medium then add eggs and heavy cream until incorporated.
  4. Stop mixer, scrape bowl and paddle; mix on low speed for an additional 1 minute.
Assembly
  1. Spread cookie butter evenly over blondies.
  2. Spread cheesecake mixture over top; sprinkle on Biscoff cookies.
  3. Bake as directed until top is golden and set in center; cool completely and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Finishing
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat cookie butter for 10-15 seconds or until free-flowing.
  2. Drizzle over the top and allow to set before portioning; serve cold.
