  1. Combine applesauce, lemon juice and molasses in large mixing bowl; stir until well-mixed.
  2. Add remaining ingredients; stir until thoroughly combined.
  3. Divide mixture between 2 well-sprayed full sheet pans; spread evenly.
  4. Bake as directed below until most of liquid cooks out, but is still spreadable.
  5. Allow to cool and reserve 2 lb 7 oz (4 cups) for Apple Butter Vinaigrette.
  1. Convection Oven* | 325°F | 30-35 minutes
  2. Standard Oven | 375°F | 35-40 minutes
  3. *Rotate pans baked in convection oven one-half turn (180°) after 15 minutes of baking.
  1. Whisk apple butter, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, apple juice, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper and garlic in large bowl until combined.
  2. Reserve 2.75 oz (1/3 cup) at room temperature for assembly; refrigerate unused portions.
  1. Cut 2 - 8x8-inch Honey Cornbread pieces into 1-inch squares; set aside.
  2. Layer kale, cornbread, roasted squash and apples on serving plate.
  3. Scatter onions, blue cheese and cranberries across top; drizzle with Apple Butter Vinaigrette and serve immediately.
