Corny Deep Dish Pizzas

Cheesy individual appetizer pizzas start with a tender corn muffin base.

Pizza sauce

Mozzarella cheese, shredded

  1. Spray muffin cups and top of jumbo muffin pan generously with pan spray.
  2. Place 1 corn muffin puck into each muffin cup. Thaw 5 to 10 minutes.
  3. Press thawed muffin pucks into bottom of muffin cups to completely cover.
  4. Add 1 Tbsp pizza sauce and 1 Tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake as directed below and serve immediately while hot for best flavor.
