  1. Thaw flatbread covered, either at room temperature for 30 minutes or refrigerated overnight.
Assembly
  1. Cut thawed flatbread into 8 squares, the cut each in half diagonally to create 16 triangle pieces. Place on parchment-lined sheet pan; brush tops with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake as directed until golden brown and crispy.
