This Croissant Toast viral sensation starts with Pillsbury™ Croissant Dough that is baked flattened to be crispy then topped with lemon curd and berries. The concept is versatile whether dipped or topped with sweet and/or savory toppings so be creative!

  1. Thaw croissant dough covered either at room temperature for 1 hour or refrigerated overnight.
  2. Place dough on parchment-lined sheet pans and cover with additional layer of parchment paper.
  3. Add 4 sheet pans on top to weight down dough; bake as directed until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Bake croissants as indicated on package; allow to cool for 1 hour.

Assembly
  1. Allow croasts to cool completely then spread 1 oz (2 Tbsp) lemon curd on top.
  2. Add 1 oz (3 Tbsp) sliced strawberries then serve immediately.

  • Make it a savory option by topping with 1 oz hummus, 1 oz roasted veggies and finish with a sprinkle of Feta or Goat cheese.
