  1. Stir together water and muffin mix in large mixing bowl until thoroughly combined.
  2. Fold in 3 cups granola, bananas and blueberries until incorporated. DO NOT OVERMIX.
  3. Deposit batter using #10 scoop into generously sprayed or paper-lined standard muffin cups.
  4. Top each muffin with approx. 1 Tbsp granola; bake as directed below until cooked through.
