  1. Bake biscuits according to package directions; keep warm.
Assembly
  1. Split biscuits horizontally; place 1 biscuit piece (cut side up) onto serving plate.
  2. Layer on 1 meatloaf slice, 1 slice of cheese and 1 oz mashed potatoes.
  3. Drizzle on 0.5 oz (2 tsp) BBQ sauce and serve immediately.
