Sesame Ginger Biscuits

Garlic, ginger and sesame oil flavor a biscuit bun sprinkled with sesame seeds.

Garlic, fresh, minced

Chili puree

Ginger, fresh, grated

Sesame oil
1 oz
2 Tbsp
Green onions, fresh, thinly sliced
2 oz
1/2 cup
Lime juice
2 oz
4 Tbsp
Sesame seeds, white

  1. Add water to mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients except sesame seed.
  2. Mix using rubber spatula approx. 30 strokes or until soft dough forms. Do not overmix.
  3. Deposit dough using #20 scoop onto lightly greased or parchment-lined full sheet pans in 4x6 pattern.
  4. Sprinkle sesame seed evenly over tops of each and bake as directed below.
