Smoked Salmon Croissant Sandwich

Pillsbury™ Freezer-to-Oven croissants are sprinkled with Everything Bagle Seasoning and filled with guacamole, smoked salmon, scrambled egg whites and arugula to create a light yet satisfying sandwich option.

Prep
  1. Dip top of croissant in a shallow bowl of water then into bowl of Everything Bagel Seasoning.
  2. Place on parchment-lined sheet pan and bake as indicated on package.
  3. Allow to cool then slice in half, lengthwise.
Assembly
  1. Smear #70 scoop (0.5 oz) guacamole on bottom half of croissant.
  2. Top with 1 oz scrambled egg whites, 1 slice smoked salmon and 1/4 cup arugula.
  3. Place remaining croissant piece on top, secure with sandwich pick if desired and serve immediately.
