It's a healthier twist on a hot turkey sandwich -- fresh-baked whole-grain biscuits hold roast turkey slices, all topped with lower-sodium gravy.

  1. Bake 16 biscuits according to package directions. Slice biscuit in half and keep biscuits warm until service.
  2. Place 1 warm biscuit half on bottom of serving plate.
  3. Shingle 3 oz (approx. 3 slices) hot sliced turkey over biscuit.
  4. Ladle 0.25 oz gravy over turkey and biscuit; serve hot.
