Snickerdoodle Muffins

Traditional snickerdoodle flavors -- cinnamon and nutmeg -- work beautifully in a muffin that starts with Gold Medal™ Variety Muffin Mix. Mountain High™ Original Style Plain Yoghurt makes them deliciously moist.

Muffin Batter

  1. Combine yoghurt, nutmeg and cinnamon in large mixing bowl.
  2. Add water and muffin mix and stir until well blended. DO NOT OVERMIX.
  3. Deposit #10 scoop of batter into greased or paper-lined muffin pans.
  4. Combine sugar and cinnamon in small bowl; sprinkle 1/2 tsp onto batter and press in lightly.
  5. Bake as directed below and serve warm or allow to cool.
