Fried chicken tenders, prepared

White BBQ sauce

Biscuit Bites
  1. Thaw biscuit pucks, covered, either at room temperature 15-30 minutes until flexible or refrigerated overnight.
  2. Cut each biscuit into quarters.
  3. Combine buffalo wing sauce and melted butter in a mixing bowl.
  4. Drop biscuit pieces into deep-fat fryer preheated to 350°F for 2-4 minutes, turning as necessary, until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Remove from oil, drain and toss into bowl with sauce.
Assembly
  1. Arrange all ingredients on a serving board either in decorative containers or directly on board; serve immediately.

  • Serve with other southern-inspired flavors such as fried bologna slices, boiled green peanuts, assorted crackers and mustard mayo dipping sauce (spicy brown mustard, mayonnaise and chopped dill pickles).
  • Heat peanuts in boiling water before serving and add a generous amount of BBQ seasoning to water for additional flavor if desired.
