Cheesecake Mousse
  1. Add cream cheese to mixer bowl fitted with a whisk attachment; mix on medium high speed for 2-3 minutes or until creamy.
  2. Add sugar and salt; whisk on medium speed 1 minute.
  3. Stop mixer, scrape bowl and whisk; mix an additional 1 minute or until fluffy.
  4. Add yogurt, prepared taro latte and heavy cream; whisk on medium speed 2-3 minutes until soft peaks begin to form.
  5. Cover and refrigerate until needed.
Finishing
  1. Place 6 oz ice cubes into 16 oz cup and add 1 cup cold tea.
  2. Top with 3 oz Cheesecake Mousse and serve immediately.

  • Cheesecake Mousse can be made up to 24 hours in advance and refrigerated, just whisk prior to using to loosen it up.
  • Garnish finished drink with a sprinkle of taro tea powder for added interest if desired.
