Prep
  1. Invert thawed blondie sheet and remove parchment paper; place on sheet pan with bottom side up.
Ganache
  1. Heat cream in microwave-safe bowl at 30 second intervals until hot and slightly bubbly but not boiling over.
  2. Add in chocolate chips and cover with aluminum foil or plastic wrap; allow to sit for 5 minutes without stirring. (If chocolate is not melted, uncover, return to microwave and stir in short intervals; stir until smooth.)
  3. Stir until smooth then pour over blondies and spread evenly.
  4. Place in cooler about 1 hour until Ganache is tacky.
Finishing
  1. Cut into 12, 3x4-inch pieces.
  2. Add approx. 1 oz (2 1/3 Tbsp) marshmallow fluff on top and gently spread to edges; carefully use kitchen torch over top until lightly browned.

  • Use a knife dipped in hot water and portion when ganache is still tacky, not set or frozen, to minimize cracking and achieve a clean slice.

  • Top with a scoop of ice cream to turn it into a sundae with a drizzle of chocolate and whipped cream if desired.
