Turkish Eggs with Toasted Biscuits

Inspired by Turkish breakfast traditions, this dish is served with a drizzle of spicy oil, fresh herbs, and a warm, crusty Pillsbury™ Biscuit making it perfect for dipping.

Garlic labneh, prepared

Prep
  1. Thaw bake biscuits slightly, then split open and place on parchment-lined sheet pan. 
  2. Bake as directed until golden brown.

Assembly
  1. Place 1/2 cup labneh in shallow bowl; top with 2 poached eggs. 
  2. Tear 2 biscuit halves into pieces and arrange over top then drizzle on 1 Tbsp chili oil. 
  3. Garnish with 1 tsp chopped parsley and 1/2 tsp of dill; serve immediately.

  • Make your own labneh with 2 lb plain Greek yogurt with 2 Tbsp garlic paste, and your own chili oil mixing 1 Tbsp ground Aleppo chilies with 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil.
