Apple juice, canned, unsweetened, chilled

Instant tea powder

Blueberries, fresh

Strawberry flavored gelatin, prepared, cut into small cubes

  1. Combine yogurt, apple juice and instant tea in an 8-quart or larger measurement-marked storage container; stir until well mixed.
  2. Portion 8 oz into 14 oz serving cups; add 1/2 cup blueberries and 1/4 cup gelatin cubes before serving.
  3. Place lids on cups and serve chilled or refrigerate overnight if desired.

  • Use frozen blueberries if desired, note if held overnight color of the tea will change. Swap in strawberry yogurt for vanilla or different juice/gelatin cubes for other flavor options if desired. Note nutrition information may change.
  • For crediting in USDA Child Nutrition Programs, 1 serving = 1 MA, 1/2 cup Fruit Juice, 1/2 cup Fruit *Yogurt as a Meat Alternative can be served in place of a second grain at breakfast once a first grain has been served.
